I am currently a postdoc at the University of California, Los Angeles in the Department of Mathematics as an Assistant Adjunct Professor working with Deanna Needell. I obtained my Ph.D. in mathematics from Colorado State University in 2021.
I am interested in many aspects of machine learning and most of my research work focuses on mathematical methods for machine learning and data analysis. My research areas of interests include: matrix and tensor factorizations for learning tasks, dimensionality reduction techniques, numerical linear algebra and optimization (e.g., iterative methods), and (applications of) topological and geometric data analysis.
